 How to arrive:

Girona is a city located in a strategic point (41.59 º north latitude and 2.49 º east longitude) of the Iberian Peninsula and over the years has become a true communications hub that allowed excellent access to the capital by car or train or plane.

Girona is directly connected by road to Europe and the rest of the country through the AP-7, A-2 and C-25 or transverse axis. There are several bus lines that stop in Girona. The bus station is located in the Plaça d'Espanya, for more information you can contact: 00 34 972 20 15 91.

The Girona-Costa Brava Airport, situated 12 kilometers from downtown, connects the city to various destinations in Europe and Spain. For more information please click: http://www.aena.es and http://www.girona-airport.net/. Barcelona airport (el Prat) is an hour away from the city of Girona. From El Prat Airport trains depart every 15 minutes until they train station Sants in Barcelona where you can take a train direct to Girona. There is also a bus service that covers the route from Barcelona airport to Girona.

The city of Girona is well connected by rail to Barcelona, but, there are also numerous routes linking Europe with Girona and the rest of the state. For more information: Train Station number RENFE 00 34 902 24 02 02 or http://www.renfe.es.

Access to various areas of VICOROB from the center of the city is easy. You can go by taxi or bus or, considering the size of the city, on foot (30'). To reach the Campus Montilivi bus lines that arrive are 8 and 11 of TMG, to reach the Science and Technology Park, University of Girona line 8. For more information: www.girona.cat/bus/.
