{"id":11484,"date":"2024-09-26T11:59:34","date_gmt":"2024-09-26T09:59:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/?p=11484"},"modified":"2024-09-26T12:00:26","modified_gmt":"2024-09-26T10:00:26","slug":"new-chapter-begins-for-erasmus-mundus-robotics-students","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/ca\/new-chapter-begins-for-erasmus-mundus-robotics-students\/","title":{"rendered":"New Chapter Begins for Erasmus Mundus Robotics Students"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On September 19th, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udg.edu\/ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>University of Girona (UdG)<\/strong><\/a> hosted a day induction event to welcome the new cohort of students joining the Erasmus Mundus Master in <a href=\"https:\/\/ifrosmaster.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Intelligent Field Robotic Systems (IFRoS)<\/strong><\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.udg.edu\/en\/masters-en-tecnologia\/mirs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Master in Intelligent Robotic Systems (MIRS)<\/strong> <\/a>programs. This year\u2019s cohort was greeted not only by UdG faculty but also by representatives from the partner universities: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unizg.hr\/homepage\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the University of Zagreb (UNIZG<\/a>)<\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.elte.hu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University (ELTE)<\/strong><\/a> in Budapest.<\/p>\n<p>The event kicked off with presentations from each of the three universities, offering students valuable insight into their future academic and cultural experiences in <strong>Girona, Zagreb, and Budapest.<\/strong> Faculty and program coordinators introduced the master\u2019s structure and highlighted the unique opportunity this international collaboration offers in cutting-edge robotics research.<\/p>\n<p>Students also explored the Montilivi Campus, where they will spend the first year of their studies, visiting key facilities such as the <strong>Polytechnic School<\/strong>, where most of the classes will be held, and the university library.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-11491 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1300\" height=\"867\" srcset=\"https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661.jpg 1300w, https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/vicorob.udg.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/IMG_3661-930x620.jpg 930w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1300px) 100vw, 1300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This master&#8217;s program offers the unique opportunity to work with top experts and participate in cutting-edge international research projects.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On September 19th, the University of Girona (UdG) hosted a day induction event to welcome the new cohort of students joining the Erasmus Mundus Master in Intelligent Field Robotic Systems (IFRoS) and Master in Intelligent Robotic Systems (MIRS) programs.
