On September 19th, the University of Girona (UdG)<\/strong><\/a> hosted a day induction event to welcome the new cohort of students joining the Erasmus Mundus Master in Intelligent Field Robotic Systems (IFRoS)<\/strong><\/a> and Master in Intelligent Robotic Systems (MIRS)<\/strong> <\/a>programs. This year\u2019s cohort was greeted not only by UdG faculty but also by representatives from the partner universities: the University of Zagreb (UNIZG<\/a>)<\/strong> and E\u00f6tv\u00f6s Lor\u00e1nd University (ELTE)<\/strong><\/a> in Budapest.<\/p>\n

The event kicked off with presentations from each of the three universities, offering students valuable insight into their future academic and cultural experiences in Girona, Zagreb, and Budapest.<\/strong> Faculty and program coordinators introduced the master\u2019s structure and highlighted the unique opportunity this international collaboration offers in cutting-edge robotics research.<\/p>\n

Students also explored the Montilivi Campus, where they will spend the first year of their studies, visiting key facilities such as the Polytechnic School<\/strong>, where most of the classes will be held, and the university library.<\/p>\n
