It was submerged on purpose in <strong>Palam\u00f3s<\/strong> with the intention of creating an artificial habitat for <strong>marine life<\/strong>. Our team decided to visit the area in order to collect data to test their latest improvements in <strong>3D reconstruction<\/strong> techniques and<strong> panoramic <\/strong><strong>imaging<\/strong>. It\u2019s worth to see the results of their work, enjoy!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<br \/>\n<em>El passat 16 de juny, <strong>l&#8217;SPARUS 2 vehicle aut\u00f2nom subaqu\u00e0tic <\/strong>acompanyat de dos submarinistes del grup va realitzar una immersi\u00f3 al BOREAS, un remolcador alemany que va participar en la segona guerra mundial i despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una llarga traject\u00f2ria finalment al 1989 va ser enfonsat a prop\u00f2sit a la costa de Palam\u00f3s per formar un escull artificial que servis per protegir la fauna de la zona i promoure el submarinisme. El prop\u00f2sit de la missi\u00f3 era recopilar dades per avan\u00e7ar en el desenvolupament de noves <strong>t\u00e8cniques de reconstrucci\u00f3 3D i d\u2019imatges panor\u00e0miques<\/strong>.
