Summary

Knowledge is, today, one of the fundamental tools for social transformation and it is proposed to build a laboratory of innovation and competitiveness where both the academic knowledge and the professional knowledge of each of the territories come together, incorporating the agents of the quadruple helix more representative.

The operation has a cross-cutting role in the PECT project, contributing criteria, methodologies and knowledge to the collaborative debate on the innovative solutions of each of the territories in its different phases: investigation, design, action, evaluation, scalability and transfer.
